How could sex have evolved? Organisms are either asexual or sexual. A species cannot change from one to the other.

 To take this a little further

It appears that the only species on the planet that has sex for enjoyment are humans. All the others seem to be programmed to have sex for the continuation of the species only. So if there is such a thing as evolution then somewhere along the time line there had to be a point at which something triggered sexual desire versus the need to continue the species. This also begs to ask the question why only humans??
